A man is talking about the water damage at a Fox Crossing apartment building.
Crews were called to Wilson Court on Tuesday night. Jose Hernandez lives in one of the seven apartments where ceilings collapsed because of rain and melting snow. He says his family only escaped with some important documents and it was a scary situation.
Firefighters say only about half the tenants had renters insurance. The damage estimate for the entire building is $30,000.
