Engineers are busy today, checking out roads and bridges in flooded areas.
Brown County Public Works Director Paul Fontecchio says they’re getting help from some DOT inspectors. He says they’re working with two county teams to make sure there aren’t any road washouts or structural issues with bridges.
Fontecchio says they have to inspect everything that was closed, before they can reopen it.
He thinks the flooding is the worst the county’s seen, since the early 1990’s.
