Parts of northeast Wisconsin continue to deal with flooding.
Capt. Dan Sandberg of the Brown County Sheriff’s department expects it will take a while to clean up. He says a number of cars are stuck in standing water, and they’ll have to be removed. He says some streets signs are also down.
In homes, Sandberg says people will have to replace furnaces and hot water heaters, and take care of other water damage.
Sandberg believes areas around the East River, like Green Bay, Bellevue, Ledgeview had the most widespread flooding. He says now they’re watching some spots in the western part of the county, like Howard.
