Investigators are crediting advances on DNA technology for the arrest of a suspect in a cold case double murder.
82-year-old Raymond Vannieuwenhoven of Lakewood is in custody for the 1976 shooting deaths of a Green Bay couple. Marinette County Sheriff Jerry Sauve says a company used DNA markers to put together potential suspects and deputies asked them for samples.
25-year-old David Schules and 24-year-old Ellen Matheys were camping at McClintock Park when they were killed.
