The City of Green Bay is shutting down a stretch of North Webster Avenue because of poor pavement conditions.
It impacts seven blocks from University Avenue north to Klaus Street. The city says there were large-scale utility repairs over the winter. There isn’t a timetable for reopening the road.
There will be access to businesses and homes.
