Manitowoc police have video of a potential suspect in a double murder from last fall.
Fifty-one-year-old Richard Miller and his 19-year-old daughter Jocelyn were shot in their home on Dale Street last September 9th.
Police say they want to talk with the man in the video, and they’re also looking for an SUV that was in the area. It’s described as a Toyota Highlander, from the early 2000s. They think it could be tan or gold.
