Police believe a missing veteran was last seen at a bar in the Howard area late Monday.
Thirty-eight-year-old Yuri Burrows of Green Bay has a silver, 2010 Toyota 4Runner with the state military plate EWARFR.
The state issued a Green Alert, because Burrows could be at risk.
