Ashwaubenon police say a human trafficking investigation led to the arrest of an international fugitive.
Capt. Jody Crocker says they were called by a woman, after she answered an ad for modeling.
He says woman told police the person she talked with asked if she was willing to perform sex acts for money. Crocker says the suspect added that if the woman brought in someone under 18, she would be paid extra.
Investigators set up a meeting with the suspect, and Crocker says they arrested 39-year-old Meixian Feng of China. He believes Feng has a history of human trafficking and prostitution in the United States.
Feng is in the Brown County jail on an immigration hold.
