Four people are in custody for shooting a 28-year-old man last night.
Oshkosh police say he was shot in the chest and has non-life threatening injuries.
They say it happened around 11:15 p.m. in the 500 block of Grand Street.
Police say they want to charge the four with attempted first-degree homicide.
They believe the victim was targeted, and the community is not in danger.
