Outagamie County is putting a slow, no wake order in place for all waterways.
The Sheriff’s department will also have the boat patrol out on the Wolf River in the Shiocton area, near Barker Park. Deputies will be looking for part of the boat landing pier. They believe ice flows broke it away from the base.
