There’s a proposal to help investigators in child pornography cases.
Rep. Ron Tusler says right now, suspects could get away with having pictures of a child posing in a sexually suggestive way, while wearing transparent clothing. The Harrison Republican is trying to close that loophole to help investigators and prosecutors.
An Assembly committee is taking up the bill.
