A website is ranking the Oshkosh-Neenah metro area as the second-best place in the country for millennials to move.
Neenah Mayor Dean Kaufert thinks it’s a sign they’re headed in the right direction for the next generation. He says companies like Plexus and Alta cater to millenials, and thousands work in the downtown.
Kaufert says the city continues to work to bring more housing to the downtown to attract more millennials. The website points to statistics that show more people are moving into the Oshkosh-Neenah area than are moving out.
Lynchburg, Virginia is the top area in the country. Sheboygan is ranked 5th and Wausau is 10th.
