Some board and committee members appointed by former governor Scott Walker are back on the job after Governor Evers dismissed them last week.
Not everyone is back. Two members of the UW Board of Reagents are still gone as well as Public Service Commission Chair Ellen Nowak. She was physically turned away from returning to work yesterday.
Some Republicans say everyone should be able to return because an appeals court overturned the ruling letting Evers get rid of the appointees. Evers says the move was legal when he did it.
