When Lori Palmeri is sworn is as mayor of Oshkosh next week her seat on the common council will be vacant.
Starting today the city will accept applications for anyone who wants to replace her.
City manager Mark Rohloff says people will have to give a presentation before the council in May.
He says it’s a 30 day process.
Rohloff says the term ends in April of next year.
