A Milwaukee-based water company named A.O. Smith is buying a family-owned company in Grand Chute.
Water-Right is on Prospect Avenue by Casaloma Drive. A.O. Smith spokeswoman Tami Kou says Water-Right will keep its name.
A.O. Smith’s CEO believes the deal will help the company expand into the wholesale and independent dealer areas. Kou says Water-Right’s offices in Grand Chute will remain open.
A.O. Smith is paying $107 million for the company.
