Appleton police say three people from Oshkosh are in custody, in connection with last Friday’s shooting on the south side.
Officer Meghan Cash says investigators believe they went to a home on Prim Rose Lane, to rob the victim. She says while they were trying to get money, a shot was fired, a man was wounded in the leg.
Prim Rose Lane is just off Oneida Street, and south of Highway 441.
Cash says they think 20-year-old Tyreece Carlisle fired the shot, and 21-year-old Krysta Pelkey was with him. They’re in the Calumet County jail. They could face charges of first-degree reckless injury and attempted robbery.
Nineteen-year-old Michael Vanhoff is in the Winnebago County jail on a probation hold, while police decide what charges to recommend against him.
