The state is officially not part of a multistate lawsuit challenging the federal health care reform law anymore.
A federal appeals court is granting the request to withdraw from state Attorney General Josh Kaul. Kaul is pulling the state out of the lawsuit, after a judge struck down a lame-duck law that required the Legislature to sign off on getting out of lawsuits.
