There’s a class in Green Bay this weekend to teach three-to-five year olds what to do if they’re being sexually abused.
It’s already offered in schools, day cares, and Head Start classes.
Prevention Specialist Becca Wilbershide thinks it’s never too early to bring up the issue. She says many abusers are people the kids know.
Wilbershide says they’ll talk to kids about the difference between good and bad secrets and people they can tell if something happens.
The class is Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the YWCA in Green Bay. It’s offered in both English and Spanish.
