Nearly two months after the massive I-41 pileup in the Neenah area, emergency responders gathered to honor each other.
About 130 cars were involved in the crashes, and more than 230 people were inside the vehicles.
Gold Cross Ambulance organized the event at Gloria Dei Church in Neenah. Spokeswoman Beth Fredrickson says the church was one of the places people were taken.
She says the pileup had a big impact on the responders, and they’ve bonded over their shared experiences.
