Fox Valley Metro police say they helped a woman on the shore of the Fox River after receiving reports that someone jumped off a bridge.
Officers say it happened around 2:30 yesterday afternoon at the Highway 441 overpass over Highway 96 in Little Chute. They say officers checked the area and found a 33-year-old woman on the north shore of the river.
Investigators say the woman was conscious and breathing and was taken to a hospital.
