Investigators say they aren’t looking for any suspects in the deaths of three people in Seymour, and the mother of the two young children is safe.
The state justice department is now handling the case.
An obituary for the two girls says four-year-old Mattelin Samson and three-month-old Hailey Kaye died last Thursday. A 35-year-old man’s body was also found in the house on Main Street last Friday morning.
The funeral for the two girls is scheduled for Thursday at a church in Seymour. The family is also accepting donations, through the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home in Seymour.
