A developer wants to build a five-story luxury hotel on the site of the former Brett Favre Steakhouse in Green Bay.
The city’s plan commission will talk about the proposal.
The hotel would be called The Legacy, and it would have nearly 80 rooms. There would also be a bar and restaurant on the first floor, and a roof-top bar and patio.
