A California man is pleading guilty to several charges in a credit card skimming case.
Thirty-six-year-old Catalin Capanu of Anaheim could face up to 21 years in prison.
Prosecutors say he was caught at an ATM at a credit union, in Fond du Lac, in June of last year. They say he had nearly 140 debit cards in his rental car from California.
