The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department hopes some new equipment will make it easier to search the Fox River and other waterways.
Sgt. Nathan Borman says deputies are testing new sonar technology today. He believes it will make their searches for objects more efficient.
Police and firefighters from several departments around the state, and Minnesota, are working with Outagamie County deputies. They’re training on the Fox River, off Sunset Park in Kimberly.
