An earlier start to the school day next year is not sitting well with some Oshkosh parents.
The calendar for next year adds 11 minutes to the class day at North and West. That means kids in younger grades will have to get on their bus earlier.
Lakeview Elementary parent Cami Zerker thinks administrators should be working in the opposite direction, to reduce the time students have to sit on a bus.
The earlier start time means some Oshkosh students will get on their buses around 6:30 a.m.
