A woman who claims comedian Bill Cosby assaulted her made a stop in Green Bay this weekend to talk to other women about understanding their value and power.
Victoria Valentino hid her attack for 48 years saying things like that weren’t talked about.
She now travels all over talking to women about overcoming obstacles and being who they were born to be.
