Green Bay police say the man who died while officers were taking him into custody was pounding on doors, yelling, and chasing people.
They say the 46-year-old Green Bay man was in an area on the west slide last Friday. Police say officers used a taser while they were trying to get him under control.
They say they noticed he was in distress, and they called paramedics while trying to save his life. Appleton police are handling the investigation.
