Fond du Lac police say they detained eight people, after the SWAT team went into a home this afternoon.
They went to the home on 6th Street, near Marr Street, looking for a 23-year-old man. They say Juan Monjares was wanted in Arizona, and he’s now in custody.
Police asked people in the area, just east of the downtown, to take shelter in their basement or inside their home. They were concerned about guns being in the house.
