The Brown County Arena is now officially closed.
County officials held a ceremony Monday, and they gave people one more chance to go inside.
Shirley Seymour of Green Bay stopped to reminisce. She started working there as an usher, in 1991. She eventually moved up to help seat people along the Section 7-9 stairwell.
The county gave away folding chairs, and sold sets of four arena seats for $50.
Demolition work on the arena will get underway this week.
