A website believes Oshkosh is the fourth-best small city in the country to live.
SmartAsset points to the entertainment options, including the number of bars in the city.
Amy Albright of the Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau says the website also highlighted the low unemployment rate and low commute time.
Oshkosh was ranked fifth on the same list last year.
Eau Claire is 10th on this year’s list. The city is the only other one in Wisconsin in the Top 10.
