There’s a new leader of the New North economic development group.
Barb LaMue is currently a vice president for the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.
LaMue has some goals for the new position. She says she wants to get feedback from each of the board members about any changes they want to see. She says she’ll also reach out to investors to hear from them.
LaMue will take over for the organization’s first and only leader, Jerry Murphy, on June 10th. Murphy served as the executive director for 14 years.
