Brown County prosecutors are filing arson charges against an 18-year-old man accused of setting a fire at an Allouez church.
Mackenzie Guillen is also facing counts of burglary and criminal damage to property. Prosecutors say he broke into Saint Matthew Church on Webster Avenue and set Bibles on fire.
Guillen is also accused of vandalizing two nearby homes. He was arrested early Wednesday morning.
