People can start checking out a new exhibit in downtown Appleton today.
“GUITAR” is at the History Museum at the Castle, beginning at 11 a.m. The grand opening event isn’t until next month.
Chief Curator Dustin Mack says there are about 80 guitars on display, and they show off the evolution of the instrument. He says it will be open during the Mile of Music festival, and through January 5th of next year.
Mack hopes to draw people from around the Midwest. It’s the first time the exhibit has been in Wisconsin, Minnesota or Illinois.
