UW System schools are collecting almost $337 million more per year in tuition, compared to a decade ago.
The Legislative Audit Bureau reports revenue reached $1.3 billion for the 2017-18 school year.
Over the past decade, enrollment from in-state students fell by nearly 13,000. At the same time, the number of out-of-state students was up by almost 11,000.
