Drivers have to steer clear of Telulah Avenue on the southeast side of Appleton again this summer.
Work on a stretch between Calumet and John streets got underway today.
City Spokesman Chad Doran says there are still plenty of ways to get around in that area.
Last year, the same stretch of Telulah Avenue was closed for underground utility work. This year, crews will put in new concrete.
Telulah should reopen to traffic in early August.
