A federal grand jury is indicting the former president of First National Bank in Waupaca on fraud charges.
Prosecutors accuse 70-year-old Archie Overby of expensing luxurious personal travel and entertainment.
They believe the cost of the trips totaled $1.2 million. They included safaris in Tanzania and vacations in the Caribbean.
Overby could spend up to 30 years in federal prison, if he’s convicted.
