The first Rock the Block project of the year is getting underway today in Brillion.
The Greater Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity chapter is partnering with volunteers to work on 36 projects around the city.
Spokeswoman Lea Hagins says the initiative targets neighborhoods that could be revitalized. The projects include remodeling the inside and outside of homes.
The community raised about $400,000. Nearly 300 people are expected to volunteer over the next three days.
Hagins says they had to delay a cleanup project at the Brillion Nature Center until Monday because of the wet weather.
