The boy killed in a crash on Highway 15, near Hortonville, was 10-year-old Noah Taylor of the Kaukauna area.
The State Patrol says Taylor was riding in the backseat of a car yesterday morning. Troopers believe a 32-year-old Kaukauna woman wasn’t going to be able to stop in time, for traffic that was backed up for another car turning left. They say she veered to the left, clipped the back of a pickup truck, and hit a oncoming school bus.
There weren’t any students on the bus. The bus driver had minor injuries.
The woman has life-threatening injuries.
Taylor was a student at Hortonville Elementary School.
