Appleton Mayor Tim Hanna thinks the way that Driver-Engineer Mitch Lundgaard lost his life was a sign of the times we’re living in.
He didn’t give specifics about what happened while talking with reporters outside yesterday’s visitation. He says people talk a lot about problems that stem from drugs, alcohol and mental health. But he says at some point people have to stop talking and do something about the issues.
Hanna says they’re the root causes of tragic things that happen around the country and Appleton is the latest to be impacted.
