A Neenah man will stand trial in connection with a deadly boating crash on Lake Winnebago.
Forty-four-year-old Brian Sullivan was in Winnebago County court this morning for a preliminary hearing. He’s charged with two counts of homicide by drunk boating in the deaths of two Neenah sisters.
Twenty-six-year-old Lauren Laabs and 20-year-old Cassandra were killed last August.
Prosecutors say Sullivan had a blood-alcohol level of 0.093. They say his boat collided with the Laabs family’s boat, about a mile from Paynes Point in the Town of Vinland.
