A federal judge is rejecting Shopko’s bankruptcy plan.
Judge Thomas Saladino says the proposal would have blocked creditors from pursuing legal claims against the Ashwaubenon-based retailer.
McKesson Corporation told the judge that it has a civil claim of fraud, against at least four Shopko executives.
McKesson was the primary supplier of prescription drugs to Shopko. The retailer owed the company almost $70 million, when Shopko filed for bankruptcy in January.
