There’s progress on a proposal to expand I-41 to three lanes in each direction from the Fox Cities to De Pere.
Majority Republicans on the Legislature’s budget committee are putting it on a list of projects that the DOT can move forward on. Governor Evers would have to include the expansion in the final version of the budget.
