An Australian company now owns the Neenah-based Bemis Corporation.
Amcor completed the acquisition for the flexible packaging firm in an all-stock deal.
Bemis will be a subsidiary of Amcor. That company also makes packaging for food and drinks, medical products, and things like shrink wrap and pouches.
Amcor hasn’t announced whether it will keep all of the Bemis workers.
