A UW-Oshkosh professor was part of a research team looking into the perceptions of healthfulness in foods. Melissa Bublitz and her team of colleagues recently published findings in the European Journal of Marketing on the effects of flavor halos that can bias perceptions about the healthfulness of foods and beverages.
