The man found dead in a car in New Holstein last Friday was 26-year-old Ryan Swan of Baraboo.
New Holstein police were called to a medical emergency on Wisconsin Avenue. The Calumet County Sheriff’s Department believes Swan had been dead for a “period of time.”
An autopsy is planned for today.
Deputies say an Eau Claire man was driving the car.
