A Neenah man is pleading not guilty to a boating crash that killed two sisters last summer.
Forty-four-year-old Brian Sullivan is facing two counts of homicide by drunk boating in the deaths of 26-year-old Lauren Laabs and 20-year-old Cassandra.
The sisters were riding in their family’s boat on Lake Winnebago when Sullivan’s boat collided with them, last August. They were about a mile from Paynes Point in the Town of Vinland.
Prosecutors charged Sullivan in February, and he was in Winnebago County court for an arraignment this morning. They say Sullivan had a blood-alcohol level of 0.093.
