Workers at Oshkosh Corporation are taking part in a national program today to learn about diversity and inclusion.
Spokeswoman Katie Hoxtell says some will get on a bus for what’s called an unconscious bias tour. She says the tour will have a variety of interactive experiences designed to make people more aware of themselves and others.
Hoxtell believes it’s an opportunity for people to learn about biases they didn’t even know they have.
The bus is making its way across northeast Wisconsin, and stopping at several businesses.
