A Republican lawmaker from Ledgeview wants to bring stakeholders together to improve the lower bay of Green Bay.
Rep. John Macco says they’re trying to add access and increase safety near the mouth of the Fox River to north of Point Sable. He says Brown County, the city of Green Bay, UW-Green Bay and local businesses all have plans for the area.
Macco met with all of the groups this morning. He hopes by doing that they’ll work together to support each other’s initiatives.
