A drug dealer from Neenah is going to federal prison for 15 years.
Federal prosecutors say when Appleton police pulled him over last December 38-year-old Tou Vang tried to hide a gun in a snow pile. They say he also admitted that he was “high as a kite.”
Officers reported finding meth, money, and ammunition in his van. They say there were homemade silencers in Vang’s house.
