The city of Oshkosh is getting ready to request a water rate increase from the Wisconsin Public Service Commission.
City Manager Mark Rolff says the additional revenue will fund continued upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
That request should be complete in the next couple of months.
The Public Service Commission will have to approve it before the end of the year.
